    We offer tracking information on all our orders. When we dispatch your order, we'll send you a tracking link in your dispatch email which you can follow to the courier's tracking page and track your parcel's progress.

    Most promotions apply automatically at checkout.

    If you have a discount code or promotional code it must be entered in the box ‘Enter Your Promo code' at the checkout. Once complete, and click the REDEEM button.
    Standard Delivery is usually AU$ 24 and free on orders over $150 but this can change from time to time with promotional offers.
    Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours and are delivered within 5 days.Express Delivery is $29.95 delivered with DHL Express. Orders placed before 11pm AEST will be delivered within 3 business days.- PLEASE NOTE THIS SERVICE IS CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE AND WILL RESUME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

    We take payment for your order as soon as it's placed. This will immediately be reserved from your bank account and then cleared within the timescale dictated by your card issuer. PayPal payments are removed from your account instantly.

    We accept the following credit/debit cards:
    - VISA
    - Master Card
    - Switch
    - Maestro
    - Delta
    - American Express.
    We also accept PayPal.

    We are unable to accept payment by cheque, Style cards, Visa Electron, Solo cards, Duet Cards, cash, postal orders or gift cards. To give you even more confidence in shopping online with us, we have introduced Verified by Visa and Mastercard SecureCode. These services enhance your existing credit/debit card accounts against unauthorised use when you shop with us.
    To use this service, you must first register with the bank or other organisation that issued your card.

    We are unable to accept payment Visa Electron, Solo cards, Duet Cards or gift cards. Please check your payment method is valid before proceeding.

    Payments are most often rejected if the billing address doesn't match what the card is registered to. If you're unsure which address you have registered, you should check with your card issuer before attempting your order again.

    Any other payment issues should be checked with your card issuer or PayPal Customer Service. If your card issuer or PayPal Customer Service direct you back to us, you can get in touch via our 'Contact Us' page.
